I feel so bad

I feel so bad I haven't been on this in like 2 weeks or so. Its just that I have so much going on right now. There is so much on my plate that it feels like its about to break. Am so scared and I feel so alone and lost in time that I don't even  know which way is up or down . I want someone to hold my hand and guide me though these rough times but it seems like when I get a hand I fall faster and Its harder to get a grip on my reality. It  bothers me so much. I haven't been on here in a couple of days. Sorry guys;  I was/ still am sick, so I was just resting but today i feel a bit better ..... So my birthdat is in 2 weeks May 26th and I wanted to give myself a gift... I finally made my tattoo and am hopeing everything goes well that way I can get my tattoo on my bday!!! super excited am gonig to be 20 sucks  though I am the eldest of all my siblings ..... the closest to my age is 14...... but anyways am going to post a pretty pic of my tat ...
